I believe he is talking about the open beta. You get the code from preordering the game. Closed beta is over.

My friend Pre order it for me so I don't know how to get it
Arg. I totally submitted an app for the closed beta and it never got past the submitted stage. Man, now I'm gonna have to wait for other people to tell me if it's any good.
Any of you guys used to play DAoC? I will be playing Warhammer with some friends of mine. We have been gaming together, most of us at least, for 5+ years now. We play MMO's for the PVP aspect of it and are hoping this game will satisfying that missing piece in todays MMO marketplace.
I played it a little bit... but i was mainly an EQ 1 Player on the Rallos Zek pvp loot all rules server from day 1... quit when they released the safe zone plane of knowledge... ughh..
Anyway, im down to play with you guys when it comes out.. i liked AoC .. but it didnt stick for some reason.
AoC was shipped in early beta stage form... it was nowhere near ready to be released. I played it as well, leveled a ToS to 80. After realizing how broken the game was in my70's, I ebayed my account and was offered $450 to finish leveling my toon to 80.
Wow. Sweet deal.
I'll be giving this game a shot. I have a hard time keeping interested with most MMOs, but I enjoyed the closed beta.
if this is better than wow pvp i will be hooked. Wow Was addictin on the lvlin part then when i got to pvp i was already tired out. I love pvp way more than Takin a year to lvl to 70. I can prolly lvl to 70 in 4 months but when i started was a big waste of time.
Yea I played since release, and the bugs were fixed, I'm not quitting because of the bugs, i'm quitting because it was so boring. My friend has 2 80's a 70 and 2 25's and he is also quitting. The game just gets boring after a while. Also, we are not on a a PVP server, because he has satellite internet, and I don't want to play on a diff server than him.

Im on Eu Beta Server. Man, I LOVE this game. Too bad theres this NDA and I can't tell you about the game.
I'm also downloading it as I speak, at least at home that is.
If this game is failsauce, I might consider going back to AoC to see if things have improved, and if not, well, I'm not going back to WoW so off of mmo till Aion or something else comes out.

I play MMO's for PvP so if the RvR/PvP is horrible in Warhammer I won't continue playing for very long. I played Dark Age of Camelot for a long time because the pvp was awesome in that game. Unfortunately as the game aged, some of the things they implemented made the subscriber base shrink. They are planning on releasing a new "orgins" server that is based more off the original game (pre-expansions). I will definitely be playing that when it comes out if Warhammer fails to satisfy.
