Lags

I didn't know where to post it so I post it here
Today I played on pl_goldrush and sometimes I had strange lags! I was freezing at place and couldn't shoot! Just watch!

What could that be?

A bunch of us were lagging on 2fort earlier. I think it's because there's a bunch of heavies firing their guns at the same time.

I know that when I startd up tf2 last night my rates were reset back to "rate 3500", cl_cmdrate 30" and cl_updaterate 20". I always have them at "rate 50000", "cl_cmdrate 100", and cl_updaterate 100" due to my good computer specs and good internet. It made me lag quite a bit.
