why is our most popular server changed

So whos idea was it to change Dust2, our most popular css server, into jail beta? If anything change italy or highshool to the jail map. We lost ALOT of regulars with this change. And I mean ALOT! Not to mention eGO has a no dl policy am i correct? Meaning we dont want ppl who join our servers to have to dl anything.......Well they have to dl the custom map..... Atleast thats what i was told when i brought up the idea to install the plugin where teammates can walk thru eachother so theres is no more blocking cause we all know much blocking sucks. I was told we dont dont want ppl to have to dl anything.........
