I'm just wondering as an =e= am i allowed to retrieve condump???

As the owner of any source game you have access to the console, in turn, you can insert any commands that you are allowed to. You need to enable the dev console for usage in the options.

If you want a record of the current game you are in, simply bring up the console after you have activated it in game by pressing the defualt tilda "~" while in game, and type condump. It will create a text file with everything that happend .
