The New Jail Server... Concerns

I have been playing on it and administering for a few days now. I have been enforcing the rules with warnings and kicks for those who are free killing, making lame excuses to make up for fk's, gun throwing, and hp leaching.

I log in tonight to witness countless admins all breaking the rules we are working with currently on that server.

When the admins on the server follow and enforce the rules it is actually an incredibly fun server to play.

Just keep it clean, and don't get too caught up in the new style of play.

Sometimes, the admins are new to jail so they don't actually know the rules of jail. Or they'll messing around in the server. But, when admins are messing around they usually joke with other admins, not pubs. But this is my theory, I didn't witness anything, just thinking.

Were the people in the jail server all part of eGO, and not pubs?

nope a mix of both. It's not threatening the server at all, but it is making game play horribly one sided and not fun, which are the two things the admins are supposed to enforce.

if it was made so that the jail cells opened, like it was an actual jail break, instead of the ct's doing it after they are all standing in front of each cell.

If they opened like a few seconds later then the ct's where spawned it could work even better, and still make it super intense.

Yes liT i was with you Normally there is Motd for those servers but now its not a perma server so no motd and for the free killers and all it always appens at start of a jail server i already made a jail server with friend when the freekillers were banned everyting ran perfect and LiT that would be very hard to open jail at a certain time and i dont know how to do that and if T's open to early they will run and get guns and just wait for ct's and make UBER PWNAGE

Ok so I've been playing on your jail server for a little while now and there are some problems in my opinion. First off I was on the server one day and in a way i did notice a admin being unfair with favoritism. Now I do free kill but not a considerable amount, but the first time I free kill I get kicked while people that the admin likes get warnings which isn't right. Also that same day I was on and I got free killed twice because I killed a guy twice. He then told everyone to kill me. I don't say names only because there's no reason to have this post make this a spam thread such as people calling me an idiot or a douche. Thank you for reading and I hope this will be fixed soon. Yeah deathmark i remember you from yesturday and you were kicked for nothing at a certain point everybody said free then whe asked name and a little kid say you so whe thought it was you so whe kicked but in fact it was that kid....

Acid Green is abusing the admin stick a bit hard currently. Kicking people for being stuck in doors, kicking for camping when players are stuck.

Maybe someone should only allow certain admins power there because some seem to only abuse it.

Have also witnessed twistedZ kick over 5 people with no warnings or explination. 3 of which were new people to the server and clearly didn't know the rules.

This server is not giving eGO the mature rep it talks about all over the site.

Dude this server is more trouble than it's worth. I'm just waiting for it to be closed permanently so we can get some players in our new servers instead of being leeched away to the jail server.

Some admins aren't being smart with their admin either. For instance a couple of hours ago I played on the server and the admin that was on wouldn't kick Sti Booman after about 5 of us are saying he free kills a lot. After that Ifinally cracked and figure I would get off CSS because too many people were free killing and no one would do anything about it.

im not sure if you guys have rules for that server..i didnt check but if not then i suggest that at the beginning it tells the rules because i joined today seeing that it was a new server and i didnt know the rules...i accidently killed some t with m4 and he started freaking out....FREE KILL FREE KILL......i probably wont be playing there anymore but for all the other people who it is their first time i suggest telling them the objectives and rules

It is hard to admin a server with so many rules. I do like the new jail server but we have to come up with a way to figure out just what the rules actually are... Iv heard some weird and crazy rules like "Whoever loses in soccer dies", "Play Simon Says Or I will Shoot you", "The last person alive gets a wish". Frankly i dont know which rules are really rules or just little things people decided to throw in which makes admin'ing very difficult.

P.S. Deathmark, I couldn't kick that guy because I didn't know if you were lying or not. I have heard so many people say "Free Kill" when really, they threw the guy a gun and shot them.

Yes guys its hard getting all rules cuz normally its supose to have all the rules on the Motd but that server dosent have Motd and guys i know some like insurge dosent like game cuz of free killers and all but if like whe get a server with taht all free killers would be ban after 1 wekk and everyting would run ok And basicly rules are : Ct's arent allowd killing T's unless the T's have a gun, dosent listen to you (dont abuse this like dont do GO THERE and 1 sec after you shot), if they try to kill you and if they do a death threath to you. The ct's are allowd to kill all terrorist if the bomb as been planted. And yes TwistedZ if the CT's start a game of simon says and if he misses your allowd to shoot. And if there is 2 players left you are allowd making a soccer match and kill the loser and yes The last T alive as a last wish but it cant be like: Let me kill all of you Ct's. You arent allowd shoting a T that is running ecept if he is in vent's but if hes running to garage and you say Comme back here!! and he continues running you are allowd to shot. Well if any of you guys as rules to add just say it
