game name change

I miss being able to change my name to one I have bound, doe's anyone know if valve will reinstall this option?

You can change your ingame if that's what you mean?

Just go to your Steam friendlist and then settings and change it.

there's a way to change it via console while maintaining your regular steamfriends name for steam but I don't know how to do it. Does anybody know how?
