A reminder about admin chat

I don't get it. What is the difference between saying "Hey" in admin all chat, and regular all chat? Oh yes, the color.

The idea is that you are showing you are admin to other admins. It's like a secret hand shake.

Besides, people need to say hi. It is not only polite and professional, but we should not be strangers.
