I remember Anne, Purple (who is one of the reasons I joined the clan), Dallas (with the crazy cackle when he get ubered), shake'n'bake (and Sunsettown, another reason I joined the clan), ack, Jehuty (for killing me so many times), Prince Abu, and a dozen others that I played with on the servers until I finally got around to joining.

One that introduced me to was Harbinger mostly, he was thinking of upgrading his graphics card so helped him out there, from there I also met Sgt. Starbuck as well. Also I always heard Gen. Sniper with his mic advertisement in dod_donner.

I've looked through this entire thread and no one's mentioned ChrisBliss18. He's the first eGO I remember meeting because he lives (or at least used to live) about 5 miles up the street from me. When I joined eGO, he was starting a new group of late night/early morning eGO members called the "Rangers." I joined the Ranger Reserves when I got my G and spent many, many, MANY hours going 1v1 with him in an empty server, trying to fill it up.

I was here back when ego had a lazytown server-all those who know what this map is I salute you!

I remember testing that map for the first time on eGO servers with GGVW and PainNa55. We were having a great time when a guy called "<CC>< shake n bake" joined the server and was wondering why we were playing his map! We spent HOURS helping him find bugs and suggesting ways to improve it. I was actually the one who took the screenshots he had for it on FPS Banana.

(Edit - Thanks to Cordless for reminding me that was actually SUNSETTOWN. Still tons of fun though!)

Hah hah, thanks Woodstock! I'm surprised you didn't mention Jehuty though. He and Anne joined EdgeGamers a month after I did. Back in the old days, if we three were online at the same time, you knew we were tearing up a server somewhere. Anne was the medic, Jehuty was the spy, I was the pyro. Great times, great times.

Anyways, probably A-team, as I was over at his house one spring break (we are cousins) and he was telling me about his clan and how awesome they were. A few months later and I'm signing up for the TF2 division when TF2 was still in beta.

Sharp' Was the one who convinced me to join. 2 Fast 4 Border Patrol and I had good times back on our old Orange server, now I mainly play on Black Mesa where it's fun getting headshotted by Nero and Backstabbing Paraplegic_Ballerina . And the one guy who I could always go to if in need of anything is NinjaFluff, He's awesome.
