2 Badwater Servers?H

Hey guys,

I'm just asking out of curiosity why we have...

24/7 Badwater
24/7 Badwater/Goldrush

rather than...

24/7 Badwater
24/7 Goldrush

?

I know there is most likely a good reason and that is why I am asking just for the reason. It's been bugging me trying to figure it out since I noticed last week.

well Goldrush was struggling so we decided to add Badwater to it and it seems to have helped it tremendously...also there are certain games coming out shortly and we may be losing a server to help support one of those games.

Thats all I really know at this point, but I know alot of you know about and cant wait to play these games.

I was playing on GoldRush earlier, and one guy mentioned that whenever it switched to BadWater, all the GR players would leave. Even some of the frequent GR players arent bothering to come on anymore.

I was that person HardHat mentioned in his post. The GoldRush Server would always require me to wait to get on to during the afternoon hours because it was always full. Now, all I have to do is wait until the server changes to Badwater, and half the server leaves. However, it defeats the purpose since my favorite map is Goldrush and I wait to play on that map. The server is usually empty during the afternoon most weekdays as well; when it never used to be that way. A lot of the regulars I enjoy playing with there seemed to stop showing when a rotation with Badwater was added

I think its a good idea helping the goldrush server with another map
