I don't know about yall, but I find, the more e, eg, and/or ego members there are on a server on my team, the higher our chances of winning are.
i understand the importance of recruitment servers, we definitely need fresh blood and fresh income to maintain our current resources, but I feel like members, especially 1st tier members, would go ape over an ego only password protected server for actual gameplay (i.e., something other than maul/admin training).
could be a good way to raise cash, if members were willing to play exclusively on e dedicated servers. I know i'd be alot more willing to throw in a couple bucks a month if i knew there was a server where i knew i'd be playing with TEAM oriented TEAM FORTRESS players and not 15 guys going pyro trying to burn the other team to victory.
perhaps instead of switching the lackluster map-choice 24/7 servers to more popular maps, they could be switched to clan choices and password-protected? Just an idea, could be completely off target, but I feel that part of having a clan is having an isolated community where we can own each other and have fun doing it, as teams.
