How often does the server change maps?

It seems like the server never changes maps. I've heard a bunch of pubs complain about how long each map is played. Everytime a new rounds starts I always hear someone say "Oh come on! Change the map already." There are times after 2 or 3 rounds of the map I'm ready for a new map. Making the server change every 45 min. to 1 hour should give you 3 to 4 rounds based on how fast the teams are. If the server is set to a certain number of rounds just set it to 3 or 4 rounds.
