css isnt working help needed

umm css isnt working it loads all the way threw then is says memory cannot be read what should i do

I had a similar prob, had to un-install then reinstall vid card with updated drivers.

Also, if you have nvidia control panel make sure the antialias settings and buffer setting are set to "application chooses"
