Is there a Way to Clean steam folder so it is back to being clean?

It take to long to load a map and it tells me that there is a file mergeing error. Alothoght i can still play the game condump does not like my sniper rifle

ok, no offense but im gettin mixed messages here. u want ur steam folder to be clean? explain on that. also u say somethin bout a file mergin error? never had that issue myself, but if u hit up steam support, im sure some1 can help ya. now bout that condump that doesnt load ur sniper rifle, last i heard, condump is for admin purposes (as u should know full well). overall, i would def suggest hittin up the steam community on this issue.

Delete your Tf2(or any other game) folder and when you click it on Steam, It should re update it self with new folders. But you going to want to wanna back the game up.

waht do you mean back the game up. Also con dump is not just for admin i could do it when i first get the game
the whole consle it self is the information processor of the game telling you the errors that occurred, what have been said, and who killed who.
