Sorry to bug you all but what exactly and how does this game look like? i tried to look up the reviews for it is it a real time strategy or first player shooter 3rd person shooter it be nice if yall can take some screenshots and display what this so calld "Insurgency" looks like i never heard of it

Insurgency is a more tactical based T vs CT CS:S mod. It incorporates sprinting, iron sights and a better radio communication system to build a more teambased game. The goal is usually to grab and hold all 4 (sometimes 3) objectives using an array of weapons (for T it is, mostly rifles with some autos a shotty, 2 snipers(one bolt action) and 1 RPG Launcher. For CT it is M4, M4 with SpecOp scope, M16, M16/nade launcher, 1 Bolt action sniper)

ugh ... Cerepol ... where'd you get your info? INS is not CT or T were not getting hostages or disarming bombs (well not yet) its MARINES vs INSURGENTS. Two armies with comparably balanced weapons fighting for control of objectives. If anything its more based on DoD. The Marines dont have a bolt action rifle either its the M14 DMR (designated marksman rifle) it has a 20 round box magazine and its semi auto.

I see that you play Cod4 so Ill put it in terms for that.


Basically Ins is Cod4 team hardcore. The objectives vary from map to map on how to cap or what order to capture them in. Also, certain maps have limited respawns.

make shure you stick with it and give it a few days play before passing judgment. Most people have noted that when they first started playing they were very frustrated with what seemed like random dieing and inability to kill anyone.

Its got a steep learning curve but once you get to know the maps, its a lot of fun to play. least IMHO.

It is a simulation shooter, no hp or armor , and one shot can frag you even if its a stray round. My best advice is take things slow , watch your corners, and pay attention to what the other guys are doing. Also DO NOT get close up with other guys , thats a death wish , one frag or RPG will get both of you and thats just not cool.
