Meeting Results

Here are some of the results of our meetings:

Hi eGO,

I recently joined eGO (about a week ago) and I am so glad I did. I quit gaming about 6 months ago because I was so tired of all the immaturity that has become such a plague online. I used to play TF2 more (DOD now) and it got so depressing with all the kids that I just had to leave.

I did play here at eGO back in January and February. I'll admit I was not always the most polite person, as I didn't understand the full concept of what you folks were trying to do with this community. I shamefully admit to being rude to some of the admins that this time around have welcomed me in so kindly to this community after I joined.

The meeting last night showed me how mature this community is and how well you guys run it. I was not anywhere aware of the complexity that is this forum and are the servers. I just wanted to say to you (and for all other hardworking members of eGO) that I thank you for doing this. It is something wonderful and I am proud to be a part of this community now.

Sadly, I missed the meeting. I believe that the events were up for discussion, and I had much to say, but sadly life is more important. Oh well, hopefully I'll get to join in someday when my special lady isn't sucking my soul away.

I am so so so sorry i missed this meeting!!!!

If i may tell my thoughts.

I have played online games for years now and put with all the horrible language and cheating. It was so bad my self and kids stopped playing online other than with known friends and family. My kids tried to get me to allow them online to do the gaming like their friends; however I did not give in at all. My oldest son Dweeb_jr pick me up a copy of ? The Orange Box? which I installed and was introduced to Steam and T.F.2. I found nothing had changed for the good at all.

One evening I ran upon a 24/7 server ran by EGO and I witnessed admin?s do what was needed for years. I was so impressed I installed DOD and thank god EGO has servers for it to. Now I am blessed to apart of EGO and my children are to. I don?t think about them playing games on line as long as they are on my EGO servers.

I wish I could put in words just what EGO has done for me and my family. One day I hope I will be allowed to re-pay EGO. We gamers are so blessed to have EGO, I will always follow EGO. I will do my best for my EGO. I now look forward to rushing home after 12 to 16 hours day at work an playing for a little time with my alsome friends and the best gaming severs on the planet!!!
