Who Can Recruit?

RECRUITING​

A reminder about recruiting: we have an official group of people who enjoy recruiting for the clan. It is an easy way to work your way into leadership. Recruiting is an easy way to get noticed. You do not have to be a member of the recruiting team to recruit someone to come to the website.

However, eGO is very eGOcentric. WE DO NOT ALLOW other clans to recruit on our servers. Not even a little bit.

If you want to recruit FOR eGO we encourage it. If you want to join the Admin Recruiters and do it officialy that is also encouraged.

Banning people for recruiting for other clans is HIGHLY encouraged. Our pubs are our pubs.

For all of you that has posted something like: "I would like to be an Admin Recruiter". What you have to do is to talk with the leader of Admin Recruiters for the division you are in.
You don't have to be an admin recruiter to recruit peoples to eGO.

this is an interesting topic, i personally beleive recruiting is too liberal and lax. Don't we need to require atleast some type of skill or understanding of the game / mod before someone is invited, even to an =(e)=. Our rules do indicate that we treat each member whether an =(e)= or =(eGO)= the same. Just a feeling, but if we let just anyone join, then where is the prestige in being an edge gamer? This is my dellima and I am about to become a recruiter for INS and I expect to only recruit the most respectable, yet highest skilled players I feel could contribute in a competitive situation.

I'm constantly talking to people in all the pubs we play in and have been convincing them to join our great clan/family. Please don't blame me if I accidently recruit someone who tends to start hacking after a few weeks of becoming a member. LOL!
