It's has been way too long since a good snowboarding game has come out. Who is getting it Sunday?

I'm looking at getting it for the PC assuming it has 360 controller support and gets decent reviews.... will probably try it on a friends 360 first.

I love snowboarding games but yeah its been a while since a good one. This one looks pretty good.

Nope.

I snowboard and used to skate so I love the realistic extreme sports games.

The Amped games for Xbox were the best in terms of snowboarding games and Skate is the best in terms of skateboarding. Shaun Whites game looks just as unrealistic and the Tony Hawk games. I'm going to pass...

I can't wait for Skate 2 and hopefully they come out with an up-to-date realistic snowboarding game.

I have to say that 1080 for the N64 is my favorite snowboard game of all time closely followed by Snowboard Kids.

Lol I'm rather the opposite of Cic, I prefer EXTREMELY outlandish games when it comes to sports. That's probably why my favorite sports games are NBA Street for basketball and SSX Tricky series for snowboarding. But no, the Shaun White game looks too realistic :D

All I'm saying is that it is a NEW snowboarding game and it is wicked fun.

only skateboard game i ever played was skate or die on the nes. was pretty fun back in the day.

First of all, don't listen to critics and especially don't ever listen to gamespot or shop there.
Second, you have to play games like these to play the game, who cares about the objectives, or knowing all the moves, or "winning the game." It's about having fun. If you read the reviews on this game most of the critics complain a lot about how easy it is to do the moves and blah blah blah. They made it that way on purpose. You are not supposed to be constantly going up the lifts to get coins or get to areas, you are supposed to be chillin' and having fun. This game has it. When you go to play it get that crappy "I have to beat this game" mentality out of your head and just have fun. If you do that and tell me it's a bad game, well then you just need to go snowboarding for real.

I got it, its a nice game to play to balance the intense face pasted action of TF2. I can relax with this game and just shred with no real objective, I can do objectives if i choose to though.

The online is lacking though, I can never seem to join a game, maybe that will change in a patch or when more players decide to buy the game, its a great release for those wanting to relax.!
