Strand server down

The Strand server keeps crashing! HELP !!!!!!

Both strand and flash are on the same box(the box is having steam ticket id issue) Council is trying to resolve these issues as quick as possible which means both maps will be on and off for as long as it takes to resolve the issue

I understand the issues but it seems that ever since the switch to beta that the Strand server is getting the short stick. It has had problems for a long time and we who play on it have heard the same answers for that same length of time, So I guess what I'm asking is When will something be done,
