Did you know that, according to hlstats, we have 1177 active members in the TF2 division alone?

This is just a guess, but I think it would be safe to say that out of every 100 pubs invited to join the clan at least 1 would join.

So...let's do the math.

1177/100 = 11.77... that's at least 11 people. If not rounded up to 12.

So, everyone invites 1 person a week. And we have 12 new players a week. After a short time, it turns to 13...14...15... everyone gets the idea. So next time your in a game just call someone out. Somebody looks like they are having a good time, "Hey So&So, what would you think about joining eGO?" Sure you may get shut down, but that happens, don't get frustrated, ask someone else next time.

So I challenge everyone, at least once a week, to ask someone to join. Let's get these numbers up and help eGO become even better then it already is.

Also the AlR's are here to help you if you want to recruite and might not know how to go about it or just don't feel comfortable doing so. Then ask one of the AlR's to help you. All of us would be happy to give you tips that have worked for us. We would also love to share the knowledge that we have.

You can recruit for eGO, nobody can recruit for anything else.

No, that's a myth. We definately encourage that you do. Anyone coming into the clan, no matter who enticed them to, is a good thing.

Everyone can recruit for eGO. The basic reason for the A/R's is for each division to take control of the incoming recruiting posts and welcome them into their specific division.

Invite your friends and family... I am happy to see both of my brothers-in-law get promoted to eG in the last few weeks... there is always froom for real family in eGO...

Ah good point everyone! I do come across some good ego server regulars that I should try and recruit... hmm I remember telling someone that our division is about 2 thousand strong and he was so bewildered haha

Even if some people put it on to be "funny", it doesn't really matter. If everyone put's in a little effort the results will still be the same, an enormous growth in eGO.

I already do this. Especially to people i see often, that i know really should already be wearing the (e).
