Broken Banks

So many people including I have been having a problem with the bank. It seems that either every map change or every other map change our banks get reset to $0. Is there any way to fix this issue because I personally don't like having to refill my bank 3 times a day.

Btw... I have no credit taken out and if I hit the return credit button all the options are 0.
