My mic In css!

My mic working in vent and in tf2. It worked a few days "ego" before i got a virus now its gone its not working on css. Do you know anyway i can fix it?

i dont know how a virus would affect the mic...

Is it a headset or internal (like a webcam in a laptop)?
Is it a jack or a USB mic (if external)

For future reference if you ever have a virus problem. If you go to
All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore
It'll reset your computer back to a previous day, deleting/reseting everything you've done from the current to the selected Restore day.
It doesn't work for all viruses, but its a nice way to fix your comp if you make any serious errors
