Non-Stream games!

Stream events seem to effect other games that requare the internet(Vangaurd for me), when an event pops up my other game crashes. This issue has been resolved by closing stream compleatly. I'm not posting my issues but to help others with theres if others play non-stream games

I ran VG through steam & never had any problems [community overlay or event popups] on xp 64bit. Besides ctds were common in VG when I played [quit soon after gu6]
