Definatly not bannable on the first offense in my opinion. Lets be honest, we've all shot through the gates at some point. Woodstock is exactly right, this is a case when that rule applies perfectly.

Go there and join the group of your respective division for eG membership. You should be able to find everything all right after that.

the:
WARN - kick - ban isn't practiced on some servers, a lot of times people are just kicked. (im not being rude or speaking ill of any eg's/ego's but im just saying what ive seen).

From what I've gathered, people who are e's don't get a warning since they should already know the rules, so perhaps that's why?
