Are we talking about scrim wise or pub wise?
Scouts in a Scrim: Believe it or not, he's the back bone in most matches. When it comes down to a 6 v 6 or an 8 v 8 he's the deadliest class, you know why? Cause he's not in a pub where his movment is restricted because of 5 sentries, 10 rockets, and demo's spamming all their ammos. Seriously, you can't bash on the scout based on pub play. Not only tha, but in pubs >.> there are crits you have to take in account and ALMOST all weapons that crit will kill the scout in 1 hit.
Spy in a scrim: The spy is a one trick pony -.-, he barely gets any action in matches, cause as soon he attacks, sap, etc. It's pretty obvious in a match he'd be sticking out like a pimple
. Teams are more coordinated with an 8 v 8.
Scouts in pub: Yes, they're worthless cause of the restricted areas, BUT when you find a map that is open, wide *like black mesa* they can be annoying as hell, especially when you come across a pubstar >.> . The scouts rule the control point A O_O!~
Spy in pub: They're useful, fun, and sometimes annoying
. Teams are not always coordinated, so spies are there to create even more chaos amongst them and try to make everyone leave the pub. Trust me >.> I made everyone leave cashwork once XD
. I think i remember I made Tc quit out of pure rage :]..i lul'd <3 XD.
Spies and scouts can not be bashed based on pub play >.>, and if you want to....go in mIRC and join #tf2ringers, #tf2pugs, #tf2pugs2, find a team. Or if you have a comepetitive team on your friends list asked them to let you ring and record a demo for me :]. Kkthanbai.
Sorry if it sounds like i'm trolling
but I got tired of reading all these people saying "ARG THE SCOUT IS USELESS, AND OMG THE SPIES THE HARDEST CAUSE THEY SPY CHECKSSSSSSSSS" seriously is spy checking really that hard to avoid?! Just find height advantage and go for the air stab.
