Spray animation

Hey guys, Ive made an eGO gif animation but it cant be used as a spray! Its a GIF animation but when you try to import sprays you cannot import a GIF, does anyone know a way to import an animation? Please help.

i converted it into a vtf animated file but i think its too big... any ideas on how to downsize it? in case you need to see it to figure something out here it is

It's WAY too big.
I've only ever used 256x256.

Found this through google, on another forum --

The criteria for a decent (ie workable) logo spray is: sizes can be 64x64, 128x128, 256x256 or odd combos like 128x256, just so long as the size is divisable by 2, and the entire logo file is less than 128k in size.

I made it with a width of 256 but i just tryed it out and it didnt work =\ any advice?

Similar to my problem. My Jpeg wouldnt/wont work. Meets all requirements...

Try resizing or making the quality a bit worse so you are able

zippy i know jpeg wont work, i have it in an animated vtf file, i just need it to get onto the screen
