Just wondering with those with PS3 or 360

Anyone planning to get Resident Evil 5 when it comes out. I got a PS3 and the demo is coming out this week. I heard its a fun game (even though critics call it a racist game *hint: Africa*.

I hope it's still fun and the online co-op will be fun too.

Dunno yet but probably. I've played every Resident Evil to date but the whole Co-Op kinda puts me off. They changed the menu to be more like online (i.e. no pausing). I mean its all well and good for something like L4D to have that but I wanna know how the hell your gonna compound herbs AND fight off hordes at the same time without pausing to make the compound.

Not to mention I'm getting weary of all these games going to more Real Time stuff on consoles. I want pauses! I want old fashion! Man, that made me sound old.

yeah im getting it on 360 i played the demo and it actually works well on co-op (the not being able to move while aimng still gets on my nerves) but it s still really fun if you liked RE4 you'll like RE5

Yea, i just tried the demo out today and i find it a challenge. I am pretty sure in real life you can't pause to make herbs or switch guns. I plan to get this game, and the online co-op is really fun, if your partner shares items with u.
