Get has many steam friends on your list the more you have the more that will join

Be KIND on asking them to join don?t force them to join.
Has and Example ?hey can please help ?server name here? I?m trying to get it full but you can join if you want?
Sell IT! Make them feel like it will be fun to join and they will have a fun time on the server

Find the right time to use it
When you?re on vent join the biggest room the one that has more people tell them to help you out on the server and use CAPS LOCK WHEN YOUR TYPING YOU COMMENT FOR HELP !

Give people money if they join you and help you I never use my money so it build up so when ?m trying to get a server full I give out money (PS I need some money I need to give out more and I don?t want to run out so if you just give me 5 or 10 it will help a lot thanks)

Make it a good game!!!!! I don?t know how much I need to say this Every One Loves a good game it makes it fun. Think of it has a 5 year old if your playing a game with them you let them win of course but you make them feel like they earned IT!

When it gets 6 on 6 this is when you want to stop the games and just play the normal game

Now when it gets to six on six this is a good time to it ALT-Tab out of game and get in the shoutbox and ask people to join you

You can't tell people to not play well, the key is when your rolling someone NOT to smack talk, and or rub it in their face

well still getting steamroll is not fun if the person rubs their face in it or not

Personally, when I'm getting steam rolled its ACTUALLY better for them to smack talk me than be silent, really gets on my nerves when they sit there quietly camping me when it's 2v1 on Blackmesa.

On the other hand, I need to stop trying to steamroll new young'ns on Blackmesa, they always tend leave.

When playing on a server with little people:

Don't do melee only. Try and ruin the game for everyone else in the server.

NEVER tell your teammates that they are good at the game.

I would love to stay on all the time and help fill the server all the time, but my parents would get mad at me. On an unrelated note, <- you see that? Its called a comma, <- its right next to the period on the keyboard (although you use so many exclamation points that I wonder if you know where that is either). Hope that helps Broccoli. XP
