Silenced or Not Silenced

So what do you guys prefer? Would you rather put a silencer on a gun or keep it the way it is? Tell me what you think.

Silencer decreases accuracy but not damage.

Silencer decreases range by far and damage by little, accuracy is the same, but i prefer silencer, since you do not show up on radar

Silenced for the facts that you cannot show on radar and no less damages is taken off roughly... Just a shame about the range

I never silence the USP though, I think it's better unsilenced.

i silence everything and i dont really care if it decreases range and damage as long as it sound nice

btw the usp takes a eternity to silence, i hate that

Ha same I silence my M4 because it sounds better silenced

My exact thought and practice. And I agree with you Mutiny about the USP, I seem to get more headshots unsilenced.

Depends on the map, in office I'm almost always silenced and in dust2 almost never. And add me to the list of "boomboom" USP people, it's way better than the "pewpew" version.

I silence my M4 by force of habit and I never silence my USP. I started it one day and it just sort of stuck. I really do need to try the M4 without the silencer, though. Hm.

hmm i thought it was the other way around. silencer increases accuracy during bursts and long range but does less damage. ????

i silence the M4 becuase for some reason i get alot more headshots with the silencer on and for the usp i keep it off because u do better with it off but yeah i perfer silencers no matter what on the M4

well my personal preference is a silenced m4 but an unsilenced usp

I almost always use the M4 silenced. It just seems better to use, especially if you're camping or trying to get the jump on someone.

I'm more of an AK user, so I guess I would naturally like unsilenced better.

To me, the M4 is crazy accurate unsilenced, but I can't control the recoil when it is. I rarely ever put the silencer on, only maybe if I'm the last man standing on our team.

But yeah, whenever I see an AK, I'll swap for it immediately.
