Will this achievement count all your previous kill like the pyro / medic ones?

Some how i doubt it will and it could be kills with the scout only. People always get the unlocks super fast as it is. There are always so many achievement servers that pop up after every class update, and most are centered around just for the one class.

This will probably be a startover... unless they use the steam cloud thing?

It should be backwards-kill compatible. Your complete stats are saved in the TF2 folder. I forget the name of the exact file, but if you open it you can see complete stats for every class. So the achievement should work like the pyro/medic ones.
