A Fistful of Leaders

Someone has broken into the eGO casino.

They have been described by eye witnesses as:
"scary"
"dressed in green hoodies"
"awesome"
"ninja-like"
"glowing in the dark"
"terrifying"
"they fly"
"smelled like pizza"

After following lead after lead, we finally have found our culprits.
We need your help.
Every time we are close to capturing them, they escape.
For your help, you will be rewarded... handsomely.

We also have reason to believe that some council members have possibly been aiding and abetting these criminals. To bring them in for questioning, we are also offering a BONUS award for each of them.

THE BOUNTY:

receive 4,000 casino dollars for every 4 members of TF2 leadership you dominate

receive 50,000 casino dollars and massive braggin' rights once you get all 16 members of TF2 leadership

receive 10,000 casino dollars for each council member you dominate in TF2

WHAT WE KNOW:

Be warned, these guys do NOT want to be brought in. They will hire people, out of their own stolen casino accounts, to help get you before you can dominate them. They are cagey and will try anything to escape capture.

Well, I've been away all weekend due to a wedding. So, now that I've officially witnessed yet another friend give up his bachelorhood, I'm in the mood to dominate some people. I'll be seeing you all on the servers this week. Let's see how many people can catch the master of respawning.

I think I've been doing this wrong... are you supposed to take the screenshots of the scoreboard where it says Dominated next to the person, or are you supposed to take a screenshot when it says "such and such is dominating such and such"?
