Black Hawk Down was good, i like the Delta Force Game series that was based off the movie.

Probably Platoon!

But that Blackhawk Down was a pretty intense movie. Very realistic. A lot of drama. The movie makes me appreciate all those millitary people who risk their life to allow us our freedom!

not sure about favorite war movie, but my favorite scene from a war movie is from Black Hawk down when the Cobras and BlackHawks are flying into the city and its perfectly quiet aside from the sound of the rotors.

My friend's invested in a Black Hawk, the rotor noise on that thing is actually not that loud, it was designed to be quiet like that...

Above all my friends is BRAVEHEART I mean the whole movie is epic but the last part of the movie where he is getting tortured gives me chills..."FRREEEEDDDOOOOMMM!" also "You can take my land, but you'll never take mah freedom!" but yes I can agree with some of the movies that y'all have posted like:

I just remembered, "Wind talkers", that was a symbolic war film. One of my favorite WWII movies.

The ones already listed off are really good movies. I'd add The Lost Battalion, its the only good movie I know of for World War I.
