Dominoes video with awsome ending ( filming a tf2 video help )

This video is gmod dominoes made by me . its got an epic problem-causing ending.

EDIT: i put this here to see if it was good enough to be seen . i lagged to death making it as good as it is . i'd like to make a tf2 video but i dont wanna lag to death .

not too long . i had iot on singleplayer so i could knock them down to test and then just reload so i wouldnt get tired of redoing the dominoes all over again .

Forgot the main reason i put this in this forum. I lagged to death making it good enough to veiw . id like to make a tf2 video but id rather not lag to death because ill die alot (more than i already die ) . Anyonw know how many FPS to use fraps at to record souece games without lagging to death ?
