I think, coming from a n00b standpoint, it's fairly easy to get the hang of, but it does have somewhat of a learning curve. So for that reason I think it's medium. Fun none the less though.

i voted medium... its hard if your team isnt working together and doing the typical teammate stuff but if they are its awesome and can be extremely easy to play

Individualy it is a easy game...
But like stated above it can be very hard when your team doesnt work together.

Medium. A lot depends on how good your team is; a useless group will do nothing but hurt you individually, but a good team (with effective communication) can be greater than the sum of its parts.

Being a good player is fairly important (it's easy to spray-and-pray with the Thompson/MP40/MGs, but precision shooting can be very difficult at times), but I believe that the game requires teamwork above all else.

After all, we need two people to capture the middle flag on Avalanche, right?

Its generally easy for me, mostly when im support, sniper, or rocket. I voted medium, because sometimes the tables can be turn and that one rivaling player will beat the crap outta me and then we get into a huge rush just to kill each other for glory!

I thought it was really easy to pick up, especially coming from cs. Took me a couple weeks to figure out a the maps, but for the most part i think its pretty quick to learn. Although I still learn a few new things every now and then.
