Favorite suit/armor in a game?

Title explains all, whats your favorite?
Mine is the nanosuit from Crysis, you're pretty much unbeatable with that and who doesn't like invisability?

Nanosuit is nice, but I like the suit from Halo. I mean, recharging shields. I'd like that a lot in TF2.

Metroid suits are pretty good, no specific ones though (they're mostly just different colors anyway )

Halo suit is cool too.

And, of course, there's also Darth Vader!

In a game (only), probably the Master Chief's MJOLNIR suit. Overall, however, I'd have to go with Jango Fett or Boba Fett (I'm a fan of the silver Mandalorian armor, and am working on my own suit ).

Technically, Jango was in Star Wars Bounty Hunter, so I suppose that that could count
