usually theres readme help but anyway heres a small tutorial on how to do it (i have replaced everything in my game to do with players sept sprites, the heavy/demoman skin, and a few weapons)

first download it and open the ZIP file, then go to: C:/program files/steam/steamapps/youraccountname/team fortress 2/tf and look at the ZIP folder, if you dont have any of the files in the zip folder already in your TF folder just put it all in, if you DO have those folders open the relevent folder in both windows and put all the files in (keep opening the files further if you still have the stuff in there) open TF2 and head on a server and TADA your models/sounds/skins/whatever will be there (as long as its not a sv_pure server, if it is then you might only get wireframes from custom models, or not see it at all just a warning)

anyway, great skin! heh ive never replaced sasha/natasha because i could never find something i liked...maybe this will change that >

Ok, great hack you got here, a few things though. Idle position covers half the screen. The model quality is poor, I guess that't becuase you used the sentry model that's already in the game. Texture quality is very poor did you use the same texture has the default senty does? For me the barrel look itty-pitty tiny in person view. I don't think it deserves all the 10's.

Make a custom model that looks better and skin the thing. Or just skin the model you got now. Because the quality of the skin used now is world view quality. I guess you used the default sentry textures.

On the other hand.
Team colours's a BIG plus, it's a freaking sentry minigun, you included HUD pics and cry som mooore!
