better online gaming, 360....being able to go on the internet (browser wise...like youtube and stuff) ps3....or a simple psp will do for that

but i recommend the 360....very reliable...but im also saving up for a ps3 too....but def the 360

Some people EXAGERATE when they say "If you buy a 360, it gonna cost you 500$ with accessories!!!!!!!!!" LIE! LIE-LIE-LIE! it costed me +90$ for online play excluding games i bought
(30 bucks for a Ethernet cable and 60 $ for a 12 months membership card.) Microsoft should reduce the price of the 360 hard drives. If i had a PS3, i would use it for only watching BLU-ray movies or... hey! now blu-ray discs player cost over 250$. Buy one!

i think i'll upgrade my computer, maybe buy a PS2 game im looking at. consoles are good n all but after reading everything said im thinking that the thing i want most is a new computer, thanks for helping me decide on this running TF2 in higher resolutions sounds like a run thing to do

to be honest pc is your best bet. Also if you look at the lineup for this year there are more hardcore games for wii than you think. Monster hunter, madworld, conduit, zelda, mario galaxey, FF:CC, pickmin just to name a few. A pc is better than a console in almsot every way. I Bought a wii for the nintendo exclusive games and the controller tht you can't get on any other consoles, which should be amazing for fps's once some decent ones come out.

i would say ps3, i own all 3 consoles. i have a 70" dlp tv and the ps3 looks the best in gaming and blu-ray. the online play is free, and all good games on 360 are on ps3 (except some "gears of war"). depends on how much you play console games and which games you like. ps3 focuses more on rps than 360 does. but popular games come out on all systems

But why not save your money and buy the NEXT generation console

I agree with hoodie, my kids have a 360, cool graphics, cool games , thought i would be into it but the only games i enjoy on them are the sports games, always return to my pc, better multiplayeronline capabilities, easier to dl new content, better diverstity of content rts/strategy/rpg etc....well enough said.

I would say a 360, more affordable more games more people online more content to dl and more established
