You really think I would go out my way to deny you an entry for the SOTW? Funny. If you send me a well thought apology asking to be unbanned from the SOTW I will consider it.
 
unfortunately beta i dont send well thought out apolgies to people. Not something I was taught to do. First, there is no reason fro me to apologize my proof is right there that i didnt break the rules. There is nothing in that sig that is wrong. 500x198 almost the max size for the contest. If I were to try and pull anything over you head it definitely wouldnt have ended up like this. I shouldnt be banned for doing things right. Thats not very fair.
 
I saw your photobucket before you deleted your first sig. The first one was 501 in length AND THEN instead of doing something simple like deleting a useless column of pixels you resized the entire thing in photoshop. gg
 
go check the freakin photobucket dude there is nothing there and there was nothing there. The sig that I HAVE is the sig that I originally made. I didnt resize anything. Seriously dude coming to such horrible conclusions like that doesnt work. I cant resize anything in photoshop because I dont have photoshop on my buddies computer.
 
I too saw the ORIGINAL image in YOUR photobucket account. it was 501x198
I'm no liar. And what would beta have to gain by disqualifying your entry? Especially when you obviously didn't follow the rules? Instead of accepting it and waiting until next week you tried to come in here and lie to him, and to us. And try to start a war over something that was YOUR FAULT in the first place?
Please. Just stop. before you make this something more than it already is. Thanks.
 
honestly I stopped arguing but you toked the fire up rellik. The original is what I posted a few posts ago the 500x198 sig. You admins are real cool people, i try to make a point and try to back myself up with real proof and you all three gang up on me. good job. Learn to bring proof next time. I have my proof, MY ACTUAL PHOTOBUCKET ACCOUNT. hmmm i wonder whats on there. oh hey its a sig with a 500x198 size.

Funny thing about your photobucket account. You use a similar naming scheme for your other pictures. They pretty much go "name.jpg" UNLESS you have another one with the same thing but slightly edited in which you call it "name-1.jpg".

Guys, this is supposed to be a fun contest. Yes, InSaNiTyPlEa, the rules seem strict, just for one pixel, but the arguement is over. Beta started this contest, we've let him control it, and he's done a great job.

Lots of people have been DQ'd in the past. I believe every single contest has had at least one. No one was mad or upset about it. Most just resubmit next week instead of arguing with Beta in the forum.

Everyone saw your original post, we all saw the one pixel over. Please stop trying to argue that it was right.

In the future, if anyone has a problem with being DQ'd, PM Beta, please do not argue with him here in the forums. This contest has been fun and we'd like to continue having it.

Rule change: There is no more minimum size, The maximum will still remain 500 x 200.
 
I see alot of people using the code i use to promote their signature in the Signature of the Week contests... I like it. Anything to get more traffic in here is good. So in that respect i will show you the two codes i use. First one is the code i use when submissions are allowed. The second one i use on saturday once the vote thread goes up.

  • LEGEND
  • xx = Signature of the Week # we are currently on
  • nn = Your Name
  • tt = Theme Name
  • mm = Month Name
  • dd = Day Number

The one thing i notice that is different with my code, and the code others are using is. if you use my code, you can click on their image. its a minor thing. but it helps make it easier to click.
