adobe photoshop intall help

hey i tried to install the 30 day free trial and whenever i try to extact the files it just stops before it even gets to like 1% complete and says its not responding? anything i can do or can i just never ever have photoshop

maybe corrupt file, try redownloading it. you getting it from adobe.com?
