Photoshop Help

Ok well i've been learning how to use photoshop and in some tutorials i've read, it tells you to add a C4D. What exactly is a C4D?

C4D is a render created in a 3D modeling program, and then saved as a jpeg or similar file extension.

they are used to give another dimension to images. look on planetrenders.com. or google them to find some
