i already did everything i could.. cd key picture of the cd key.. id.. email everthing! now i am just waiting for an e-mail with my new pw and well my e-mail instead of the hackers e-mail . Hope to get it back :S

well good luck man, if i were you when you get the steam account back change the registered e-mail to a new one it will allow it to be more secure due to the reason that hacker could personally know your e-mail unless they used a automated program
