Why did you choose your ingame name?

[Coolhand]

Straight from the movie Cool Hand Luke. I have had the name on the internet since the early days of AOL and it has stuck with me over 10 years and counting.

Started as a nickname that my grandfather used to use for me.

~Now if only I could master eating 50 eggs....

[The Red Comet]

My name is based on the nickname of the ace pilot Char Aznable of Mobile Suit Gundam fame. He's known for lightning reflexes and custom red mobile suits that are much faster than the common models. My favorite color is red, too.

[Mjolnir]

I actually made a thread on this a while back but it died on page 3.

Anyways, here's my story. I was a Halo fan back then (pc) and I joined a clan with my name as Spartan117. I was asked to change my name because it was too common. I was reading Halo novels at the time (The Fall of Reach) and found the word MJOLNIR. It was the name of the spartan armors and it is also Thor's hammer. I thought that the name was pretty good so I have stuck with it since then. :]

I loved that book! I'm not a huge fan of the Halo games style of gameplay (at least in number 3, 1 and 2 were pretty good), but I definitely like the story and sci fi universe of it. Quite an exciting book! I've also read The Flood, First Strike, and most of Ghosts of Onyx.

[HazeUk]

Hmm, if I'm honest I dont really know. Well, I was on photo shop messing around with cloud etc and making it wrap round text and tada is looked like haze. So I made the text Haze. From then on I was Haze

[Prisoner416]

Only one person has ever caught the meaning of my name, and that was Toilet Pastries.

I suppose you could just Google it, but that would take the fun away, wouldn't it?

[Rated_R]

I chose my name because I liked the fact that when I backstabbed a person as a spy back when TF2 came out they called me scary. Or OMG YOU SCARED ME. So it was kinda natural to go by Scary Person. But before that im talkin when CSS came out I was The GHOST after seeing the movie "The Perfect Score".
