Pidgin IRC problems

[Clarko]

I use pidgin to eliminate the need of using different programs for different chat clients. as of recent pidgin cannot connect to the irc servers so I have to use chatzilla. Anyone know why? Thanks.

What are the errors you're getting when it tries to connect?

I've been having a bit of that myself, but it usually will connect after a couple tries. I just have to click the "reconnect" link a couple times, then it goes through.
