That isn't impossible. They had 2 great goalies, a good mix of youngs and experienced guys that already won the cup and 3 excellent defenses + 3 others that could be numbers 2 or 3 in many other nhl teams.

The Sharks were the best team in the regular season, that is a world apart from the playoffs.

The Ducks lack of depth is really starting to show in the series with the Wings. In todays game they looked physically spent. Getzlaf was spending a ton of minutes on the ice in the first series and this, the guy can't handle it much more.

To be sure the close out game for the Wings is going to be one hell of a battle.

Honestly the NHL couldn't be less obvious about how badly they want this series to go to Game 7. I'm not saying the Caps haven't earned penalties. It's just they won't call the Pens penalties. Hopefully my conspiracy theory is right and they give us game 6 and let game 7 play out. The officiating this series has actually been a joke.
