You're going to have to trick him into it. Say the dust2 server needs help filling or something, otherwise you'll never get him in there. Of course, you could just try to catch him on another server if that's allowed.

Yes,it's allowed on other server,as long as it belongs to the INS division,even in boot camp,but you will get kicked from it,so yea,lols,you can risk it!
