Metal Gear Solid 5?!

so if its a new ip, what do you think it will be like? Anyone have any ideas? I dont want to play a game all about raiden because thats never been what a metal gear game is about. its suppose to revolve around snake and metal gear. I wonder what happens to solid snake after mgs4. does he come back if there is a five? what are the possibilities, i thought hes an old man and that hes going to die. how can you continue a game with im in it unless its another prequel.

I knew it would happen, It just wont have Solid Snake.

I dont think there will be more prequals or anything because they said 4 was the end.

Maybe we'll get more stuff about Big Boss, that would be awesome.

Update: It is another MGS. Big Boss (?) has been confirmed, with another character who resembles Raiden, but could also be Grey Fox.

w00ts, Hopefully it's another game with Big Boss in it. He's my favorite char in the series.

I'm fairly certain it's going to be a Metal Gear game, not a Metal Gear Solid - but if it is a Metal Gear Solid it'll be with Big Boss, but I don't know how Raiden would be in the game, they aren't in the same timeline.

Either way, I doubt Snake will be making an appearance unless just in a cameo.

If it is indeed 5, its a countdown to a press conference confirming 5 or a teaser trailer of a few cinematic's.

One of the upcoming games that has been announced is going to be Metal Gear Rising, starring Raiden. And according to this, it's going to be a 360 exclusive...

This is sad news for me, since I don't own a 360, nor do I foresee myself getting one in the near future... :/
