Here's the original thread and for those who don't have to click on the URL, I'll explain what happened to us here.

We rented from Derek D. on xfactorservers.com originally. I thought he was a great guy and customer service was fast/good. As time went on our box had problems and getting an answer from him took 2-4 days. We decided it was time to switch our hosting due to the lack of customer service. Derek D hijacked our box and used the servers against us. This guy has been nothing, but bad customer service and bad business. Ethics for the lose here.

Just beware, if you're hosting with him, he will screw you.

That does not seem right at all. why would people do that i mean seriously... are you guys on a new box now? if so can you send me the ip's in a PM
 
We moved to the new box. We're done with him, but he continues to old our old ips hostage.

I just want those who rent from him to know he's not good for you.

Im sorry to hear that otto, I can't believe that he thinks he has the rights to those servers since you paid for them until June 9. Go to town on him & his company & GL to you.
 
I think the first reviews were his friends since all the others were very terrible. Good luck on getting back up. And i hope you can get him to stop having service with people. The legal way.
