Cloak and Dagger. Read this and then try to not be paranoid.

I dont know, this watch is just to counterproductive to me. You can sit anywhere you want sure, but your cloak drains extremely fast. Then for it to recharge it takes another 20 seconds of waiting. Then you run another 5 feet and wait, or just crouch around -- its more for the subtle/patience spy. Then having to escape after you get a few stabs is pretty tough because you can't really run anywhere, you have to find a good place to hunker down and wait and hope they didnt follow you.

I still prefer the normal watch, the drain time is sooo much better and I can run in, get a ton of stabs and have full cloak and run out and come back to do it again. I don't need to wait around all day to get a few stabs.

The best thing about the CnD is the psychological game you can play while fully invisible. Hey [insert sniper name here] I can seeee yoooooou.

Then you watch and laugh as they flail around with the kukri trying to find you. Blackmesa has a ton of spots to hide at, especially at A.

The CnD completely will change your spy play style. You can pick and choose your targets, no more hoping you weren't spotted as you uncloak and kill someone. Now you can take the time and check.
No longer will you have to hide in corners and hope you get to a dark spot before your cloak wears off. Now you can sit in the middle of rooms in plain sight while your cloak recharges.

Also, getting into intel rooms is so easy it's not even funny.

heh, I'm smart with the cloak and dagger, everyone will be checking in corners, so where do I hide? The most obvious place. Right out in the middle of play, I see you running at me I move out of your road. Simples.

I do this from time to time. It's amazing how well it works.
By the way, does anyone know why people with the Cloak and Dagger flicker or loose their cloak for no apparent reason? I've been hiding a few times and started to flicker (ergo getting found by an evil foe who wants to hurt me :() out of a sudden. It's really odd.

It's happened to me, I think its when you bump into walls etc or you are running out of cloak and starting to stand still and its regen-ing?

I dunno...
 
you can get from your intel to the other team's intel on 2fort with C&D without having to stop to recharge if you crouch walk all the way.
 
When they make a watch that stops my random shots into open air from headshotting cloaked spies, then I'll be worried :P

What's even better is once you're on a server for a while and establish that you are capable of sneaking into the enemy base and literally stalking enemy players, you can then making them start freaking out whether you're there or not.

yeah they already have that, its called the dead ringer ;)

anyway i want my CaD so i can try this, it sounds like fun to use
 
Played as pyro the day after the update on Mesa, and I always killed a cloaked spy when I flamed the ledges above points L and C.
 
Only reason I'm somewhat "paranoid" is due to the fact I keep seeing "friendly" spys with a mask on and they are really an enemy spy..
