It was never broken. All you needed to do was reinstall.

Having trouble installing...on the site it says to extract to the tf folder but when I right-click on the downloaded file there's no extract option..

I'm glad I finally got this... but whenever I get to FPSB, I end up downloading a ton of custom skins. I'm finally back to nearly every weapon having a custom model/skin.
