i have heard that many admins need to go through admin school, but the thing i do not understand is that is the school an actual course or is it an online step by step kinda thing.

It's hosted by the university of phoenix.


But seriously, it's a class that an eGO gives showing you all the commands and rules about being an admin.

Once you become an eG, an admin training forum opens up. Class listings are posted there.

TF2 class is done with new admins through one of our servers. It is given by an admin trainer and you need to do it once you're promoted before you'll receive your admin rights. Don't worry about it too much until you're given your G, then you'll find out all you'll need to know ;-)
