Please read all the rules!!!!

Guys when you post application in Recruiting office we assume that you read START HERE thread and that you are familiar with the rules and to know how =(e)= members suppose to act while wearing e tag on our and on other servers.
eGO is mature gaming community and we are looking at our members to set example to others.
One thing that we hate the most is when we have to kick/ban our members for not following the rules, so guys please reed the rules.

If you have any question regarding rules or any other feel free to ask, there are always a lot of =(eG)= and =(eGO)= members online and they will help you.

This is PM that i received from one of our =(e)= members:

I recently joined up and i kinda skipped reading all the rules as i had already been pllaying in the server and i thought i knew them all but i didnt. I swore on the server which didnt seem to be that bad of a thing as others were doing it as well but they banned me and now i havent had any reply on the ban contest could you tell me what i am doing wrong?

This is just an example of thing that you don`t have to go through if you take 5 minutes if your time to read the rules.

Also just a little somthing to add if you see an admin in the server please dont yell watch the languge!!!!! if you see someone cursing then type u(teamchat) then @ and type the msg only use it for admining purposes not anything else

I dont exactly agree with not allowing =(e)='s to tell someone to watch their language, i'm not sure if you are stating that people are yelling onto their mics for someone to watch language (in that case i totally agree) but as =(e)= most of the time when you tell someone to watch the language they tend to. Just my say of the matter, but you're still a superior to me and i will always respect that.

Also, just my ten cents, i've seen that alot of the times on Jail a younger =(e)= will not agree with the call or rules of a higher admin, which they then will try to "show them up" on the spot. I'm not innocent in this situation (sorry Acid). But yeah, just another thing to keep in mind guys

Asking someone to watch their language is one thing and there are some admins that will ask you to let them admin in which case you dont do it as long as they are on. Do not threaten people like, "if you swear again you will be kicked". It is our job to contribute to our team of mature gamers which includes reporting people who break out rules when and admin does not see it, simply use admin chat or pm an admin at let them know. Don't take offence when an admin asks you to let them admin though, 99% of the time they are wanting to work on their admining abilities by practicing warning through admin chats etc.

You are misinterpreting Lava, This post is not calling us members bad but in fact its trying to help us by preventing us from being bad!

i am saying when the some e's (not you im saying) just type WATCH THE LANGUGE! or LANGUAGE because we like to have a sense of professionalism not just yelling that

Guys i am just telling you that there are some e`s that just join eGO without reading the rules and after that when they get kicked or banned they send a ton of PM`s to advisors, council.... that they are sorry, they have to go through contest ban and rest and all of that can be avoided by reading a few simple rules that we have.

On the other side there are a lot of e`s, that we are proud of, who are doing a great job of keeping our servers a pleasant place to be on.

I agree with this post 100% that e's (like myself) should read the rules and abide by them. If an e is lets say is disrespecting an admin that make us and our community look very bad. Also it basically says to the pubs well if there own members don't follow the rules why should we. Read the rules and abide by them that's all. Another thing I agree with is what King Killer said. That if some one is breaking any rule(not just cursing) it isn't our job as e's to tell them to stop, it is the admins job. Our job is to alert an admin by steam or admin chat of anyone breaking the rules an have them take care of it. Also in the event that there isn't any admins on (which is very rare) and some one is not following rules you could nicely say (for example) Seal Lovin could you not use that language on this server, Thank You. as simple as that don't threaten to kick or ban any one cause you don't have that power and when you do it please be respectful/professional. Use their full names and don't use any abbreviations. Also the thank you is nice to add. And if it the person(s) keep acting up please go to vent, steam, or even the shout box there is always admins on willing to assist!
